Traveler Medical Clearance

All participants must be lucid and medically fit to travel before confirmation.

Insurance Requirement

Medical and emergency support are provided through the traveler’s valid travel insurance only. HCE assumes no medical liability or direct financial responsibility for emergency care.

Financial Terms

• Reschedules allowed if fully paid and requested at least 14 days pre-travel
• 30% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of travel
• Other refunds follow the formal policy upon finalization

Scope & Liability

HCE acts as a tourism intermediary and is not a medical institution. Costs and liability related to medical care or accidents are handled through partner facilities and insurance coverage.

Trip Modification & Emergencies

Modifications are subject to availability and written approval. Emergency protocols are governed by partner facilities and the traveler’s insurance policy.
